We're on the hunt for a Data Analyst who can decode the numbers behind user behavior and help BulletShorts scale smarter. If SQL feels like your second language and you think in funnels, retention, and LTV — we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Analyze user data to uncover insights around engagement, retention, and churn
Build dashboards and visualizations to inform product and growth decisions
Work closely with Growth, Product, and Content teams to run experiments
Define and track key metrics across campaigns and feature rollouts
Help shape the future roadmap with data-driven thinking
Tech Stack: SQL, BigQuery, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Python (bonus), A/B Testing tools
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in data analytics roles
Proven track record working with product/growth teams
Expertise in SQL and analytical tools
Comfort in startup environments with tight feedback loops
Strong communication skills to present insights clearly
