Role Overview
We’re looking for an HR Intern who can help us build and scale a strong talent pipeline while keeping operations efficient. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be directly involved in hiring and shaping the early team.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Hiring
Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, communities, and referrals
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates aligned with role requirements
Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling
Maintain hiring trackers and candidate pipelines
Employer Branding
Assist in creating job posts, outreach messages, and hiring campaigns
Help position ZBullet as an attractive place for creative and tech talent
HR Operations
Maintain employee records and onboarding documentation
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Assist in drafting basic HR policies and workflows
Coordination & Communication
Act as the point of contact between candidates and internal teams
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
Process Building
Help set up HR processes in an early-stage environment
Suggest improvements in hiring and internal systems
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
High ownership mindset and ability to work independently
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Interest in startups, hiring, and people operations
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Sheets, Notion is a plus
